Work is continuing at the Bunderra site with significant progress achieved over recent months. The first subdivision of the site is Cardiff Central which was launched by Mayor Greg Piper in February 2011.

Registration of titles for this light industrial estate were obtained in January 2012 with subsequent strong enquires received from parties interested in moving into the new industrial business hub of the Cardiff Industrial Estate.
