“Work is continuing at the Bunderra site with significant progress achieved over recent months. The first section of the site to be completed via our staged development plan will be the Cardiff West section (adjacent to the Cardiff West Industrial Estate).

This area will be the first to go to market and will be specifically developed for the creation of light industrial businesses.

The marketing of this section is due to commence in Quarter 1 of 2010, with the first land sales due to take place shortly thereafter.

This is a big step towards the creation of a range of new work and lifestyle opportunities for the local community.”
